The Magnolia Estate is the first model located within the Parkstone Estates at The Concession. The culmination of the efforts of a veteran team composed of builder Richard Perrone, architect Clifford Scholz and an interior design team headed by Century Furniture creative director Ron Fiore with assistance by Leah Jackson. At 6,800 SF under air and with four ensuite bedrooms the residence combines a traditional architectural aesthetic with a confluence of warm transitional interiors complimented by traditional architectural.
